WATER: *How to be safe in it, have fun in it, move powerfully in it, swim fast in it. This 53 minute video deals with fundamental skills which will allow you to have complete control in the water. It begins with simple concepts, for example, how to maintain a higher position in the water all of the time by controlling your breathing pattern, how to keep you feet from sinking by using your arms as counter -balances and how to streamline better. It progresses on to what makes the kick work or not work, correct arm stroke patterns for crawl stroke, how to synchronize your breathing with the arms and much more. Lots of Snooper underwater video footage which show what you should do. If you watch the tape and take the time to practice the drills, you will understand the water and you will swim better.
